Buying/paying for things in the US online - address issue

Does anyone know of a way to pay for things online in the US when they require a card to be registered there? Even PayPal has to be registered to a US address.
I've searched for prepaid credit cards but the only ones I could find apparently stopped issuing new ones.

Something like this should help. We use a similar company for shipments from the US to Bermuda (they are called Zip-Ex in Bermuda, but the principle is the same).

Once it's established, contact the card company and add it as an address, then you use your new US address as the deliver and billing address and the company forwards the good onto you.
