Thinking of buying a new business bed and breakfast will have about £200,000 to £250,000what sort of funding options are available if I would like to purchase existing business for up to £800,000 or is this just not possible

Last time I looked into it the most you could get one a business mortgage was 75% of the bricks and mortar value.

If it has a trading history, then I don't see what you won't be able to get a 'Bed and Breakfast' mortgage


Deposits can be high if you are paying for more than the value of the property.
