I’m after a bit of advice please if anybody can help. Some of the under cupboard lighting on our auto Trail motorhome has become a bit tired and not working correctly. They are the LED type strip lights. I’ve taken the old ones out am I correct in saying any 12 V LED light strips will work okay. I have a couple of photographs for reference. There are loads of these on Amazon and eBay I just want to make sure I’m buying the right ones any advice appreciated

They should work fine.

Our old Burstner had a set in the hand rail that were recessed in. I found a set on the web that were similar width and they worked fine. Only issue was that they were about 50% brighter than the ones that I took out. Other trick I found was to find a set that had cut lines where you wanted them.

I have found these ones on Amazon but again as you say I’m not too sure of the brightness. I have emailed auto Trail just to see what they say or if they can advise how many lumens etc

they can be had for pennys on ebay ...id suggest you buy a couple of quids worth and see what you think , they come in super white and warm white which is more like a normal bulb colour

ive got some stuck to the roof of my rented garage , mighty impressive for what they cost , its bright enough to work in there if needed

Personally I'd go for warm white rather than daylight as the latter can be really harsh.

Agreed. We have some of the led strip daylight in our motorhome and it's a really nasty light. Not a proper daylight like our other daylight bulbs. Warm white is much nicer.

I'd give Aten lighting a call,. they're at all the shows and are very helpful. Google will find them for you
