Sinuses. In the Autumn....

What's that all about then?
OK, so I'm chugging on in years, but for the last few - maybe five - I get fairly depressed this time of year when my ears block up.
I can tell it's my head and sinuses generally.
It only seems to happen as the cold weather comes on.
My otherwise mild tinnitus is exacerbated by it, which seems to make it worse.
I can clear it with copious amounts of those eardrops you get in Boots The Chemist etc.
While not making me completely deaf, it does really dull my hearing, which is annoying, embarrassing whilst not necessarily life-threatening....
But it's just annoying - what's it all about, eh?
