Targa 4s decision

This black T4S is up for sale at Porsche Newcastle. I was initially interested as it seemed very keenly priced but after some consideration I concluded the spec was just a bit too limited and believe I would end up wanting a higher spec car within a year so probably not worth the hit I would take on the sale or px.
But now, I’m thinking that even with its limited spec it’s got to be worth close to £75k when the sun comes out again? I’ve asked what they would offer as px on the car today and after all the usual umming & ahing I was given a price of £70k. Does that seem about right?
Keen to hear your thoughts on the car and if it’s a sensible way to get into ‘a’ Targa whilst I wait for ‘the one’.
Would also be interested to know personal experiences of the non metallic black colour. I love washing my cars and find the GT silver unrewarding in the cleaning stakes. How does the non metallic black look after a good clean and polish?
