Can anyone please tell.me what engine is pictured in this image?

It is taken from one of those Outbrain click bait things at the bottom of a PH page: "Can you name 35 engine parts in 7 minutes?"
Easy peasy, but I have no idea what engine is depicted.

The rocker cover looks very "Ford", but it looks to be a straight 6.
Datsun 240Z?
Something European?

Please help put me out of my misery. frown

They also made a straight 6 in the UK and stuck it in the MK 1/2/3 Zephyr Zodiacs from 1951 to 1966 ish.

Ford Australia made a 4-litre DOHC straight six until 2016 - the "Barra" (Barramundi... is there another engine named after a fish? smile).

In turbo form, the later versions are the Aussie equivalent of Toyota's 2JZ-GTE, capable of huge power with no internal mods.
