Inner Tie Rods V8S

I know this is a well trodden topic but i have torn down my V8S steering rack because my tie rods ends were totally seized so i figured i could get new "Tie Rods"..... they don't seem so simple to find? The assemblies out there seem to only have outer threaded ball joints but the V8S has an inner threaded ball joint (22mm i think). so i thought i would simply open that up and replace the rod itself. The rod is 275 mm long with a 20mm ball. It had a plastic seat/sleeve for the ball part but after heating to release the threads it doesn't exist anymore.

anyway of getting new rods or better still complete assemblies?

Could be worth giving these guys a call
