Is this diy repairable or will I need a bodyshop to do it?

I've had the car 4 weeks (2010 Mazda 3 MPS), and after a bit more time with it I've noticed more and more badly filled chips. But this one concerns me the most as the others don't show signs of rust.



Its on the roof, so not too noticeable. But is this too far gone for a diyer? Or an easy fix?
