Cost of bumper clip repair

Hi all,

I've been an idiot & bumped a car. Was literally at about 1mph in a traffic jam. Not a scratch on my car at all but one I hit (clio) has a broken bumper clip on one side.

I'll pay the fella in full obviously as no point claiming for this. Anyone got any idea of cost?? Fella mentioned plastic welding.
