Be very patient, whilst everyone else admires your motor,or shove a rag around the filler entrance which doesn't look quite so cool.

Hold the nozzle up straight, put it in the hole wiggle it and then push the handle towards the car (so nozzle is aiming towards boot) the pipe should slide in hole another 2 inches or so?

Saved me the effort of typing it! Yes, that's exactly what you should do. If not, you either fill up at 0.00001 litres / min or else it goes everywhere.

Course, it's like everything on TVR every one's different!

Some have already raised this in a previous thread, so you're not alone. However, it's a mystery to me as mine seems so easy. But for me the nozzle goes in easisest if the nozzle is pointing transversely - i.e. from standing on the nearside pointing the nozzle towards the offside!
