Seems to be under maintenance until tomorrow, but should give a good idea. I think the split of the payable amount would be 1/4 and 3/4. He is best advised to set up both as self paying agreements and do everything via a traceable medium, i.e. standing order. Also, budget for condoms or the snip.

This will tell him everything he needs to know (apart from how to use a condom!)

Short answer is around £70 a week.
Prior to this he should have been paying around £44 a week for the other child. The CMS does however recognise it is an earnings link (and factors in time the children spend with their Dad) so it would be highly unlikely they would add the two together, they would more likely split the £70 a week on a pro rata basis with the mother of the 1 child receiving 1 quarter and the mother of the 3 children receiving 3 quarters of this (of the total £70 a week).
He should obviously offer to pay more if he can as £17.50 a week per child is not much of a contribution. On £1,600 a month before tax (c. £316 a week after tax), I doubt he can afford to pay much more though.
