Did vintage Rolls-Royce have standard colours?

If so, does anyone know blue of car circled?

I would have thought it highly unlikely that RR had standard colours particularly in the era that you are looking, when it was practice to buy the chassis from RR and have a coachbuilder design and build to your spec and budget; paint and trim would be in the hands of the coachbuilder - yes?

With regard to colour - colour is colour irrespective of the name given to it, my wife drives me potty selecting decorating shades. Is that Rolls finished in British Leyland Teal Blue?.....

Certain industries have formulated standard pallets as a baseline for the market to operate from e.g BS5750 or RAL shades but even these can be misleading when trying to match due to pigment fade and also market competition. In the transport industry it was common for a fleet to have a "dash of red/blue/w.h.y) " of a particular colour to "knock" the shade slightly meaning that if the truck went elsewhere for repair/paint it caused hassle for the competitor.

Final couple of thoughts, look at how many different shades of light metallic blue Types are at a show

Any decent body shop can match your colour for you from thousands of fan shade cards or using a colour spectrometer.
