Viewing WMV files

Does anyone know why I can not view some of the WMV files on PH Tv.- it comes up "downloading CODEC" then I can only seem to get music with some psychedelic colours.

the colors will be a windows 'Visualisation' it will be as you have not got the correct codec installed.

Windows should try and download the codec it requires, but it would seem to be failing for you.

you could try a codec pack such as

www.divx-digest.com/software/nimo_pack.html

The nimo pack, it will install alot of the more common codecs in one go.
