What vehicle for UK tour and how to pay for it

Somehow I’ve been tasked with sourcing an appropriate vehicle to comfortably ferry around 3 people, 1 dog and some audio equipment for a UK tour next year. I’ve not been given a budget but I believe the expectation is for a new or nearly new vehicle.

Mileage will probably be around 15k and the vehicle will be needed for 12 months from the end of January.

I’m guessing some sort of splitter van is the right vehicle?

Any ideas of what to get, where from and best funding option would be greatly appreciated.
