Tanzanite Blue. Is it just base and clear?

[Chucklehead]

I'm considering this colour for another car and wanted to know if it's a straight forward clear over base over grey/black/white primer, or if it's a multistage paint?

Does it come out the gun as a regular metallic?

Thanks

Looks like normal laquer over base to me. (Though I’m not a professional painter).
