more advice please

My fog light switch is not working, what's the best way to get at it? Can you get at it by taking the dash off, or is it better taking the radio out?. Thanks. Trev.

I presume that you are trying it with the lights on dipped beam. Otherwise it won't work.

This happened to me recently, straight after me changing my stereo.!!

You can get at the back of the switch if you remove your stereo and reach around, but be careful when you push the stereo back in, as this is when I managed to pull out the connector on the back of the switch.......

Thanks nick, I only found out it didn't work when the nice man who did the mot test said, "it's passed, go home and have a play with the switch". Cheer's. Trev.

be careful coz it's a ribbon cable and it's easy to get it on but one connector pin across if you see what I mean you can even get it on the wrong way round too..
