Exhaust & Leak 997

Hi,

I have a 2006 997 C2S.

Just passed MOT but with an advisory on some leakage from the exhaust. I have posted a picture of where the leakage is from, issues is on the left & right sides.

Would you suggest new, I believe they are called silencers, the boxes(evident I am not get knowledgeable, sorry), if yes where to buy & get fitted, I live in Kent, or can I just get the leaking pipe chopped out & replaced, I have an Eisenmann factory fitted switchable sports system.

Second question, I have a small.leak, is this the sump plug, picture attached, so maybe just the washer has gone?
