Keyless entry and start issues

Having searched everywhere for an answer my 570 is a nightmare to start some days constantly saying key not present have tried both keys new branded battery’s etc holding them in different positions have been on to both mc Leeds and bham andvoth sy they have never heard of none having that issue , yet on another forum there a lot of chatter regarding it , anyone on here have similar issues and what they did to resolve it

I have this every now & again, the bigger problem is the drivers window dropping half way nearly every time I enter or exit the car!Nomal said:

I’ve got the window drop too...a lot. Going to ascot in Jan for first service so hopefully they’ll sort. You can press and hold the keyless close button by the door and it will put both the windows up so a bit less of a pain when gettting out....5050 said:
Sounds silly but try pushing the brake pedal very hard, it worked for me when I had this issue with a 570 coupe
That’s a separate issue, if it says that the key can’t be found, that’s a problem in itself, If it doesn’t say there’s a problem with the key, that’s when not pressing the brake pedal hard enough can be the issue.Gassing Station | McLaren | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
