Need a spa for my poorly rainbow fly back - managed to lose the bezel insert somewhere between my house and the gym:

It could probably do with a service as well. Can anyone recommend somewhere other than Zenith that could take a look at it? I’ve read a few too many scare stories about LVMH to risk sending it to them.

I have one of these too - the near perfect watch imo

Mine needs a service as well (I'm guessing the bezel wont be cheap)

Genuine bezel (full bezel, not just insert) for those is available outside their network but the price is eyewatering. Not sure if the insert is available separately. Might be worth enquiring through their dealers for the insert then getting service done separately if they'll do just the bezel.

I have one of these watches. I did some research a couple of years against around independent watch repairers. There are a couple on PH but I ended up with Genesis Watchmaking who seemed to get v good reviews. I’ve used them twice and was happy both times.

Brendan Hoey - www.webwatchmaker.com - recently serviced my Zenith Class Sport (also an El Primero) and did a great job.

Yep, he serviced mine, great job. He usually has a waiting list.
The insert is available separately.
