Can't really think of anything suitable as a punishment for these scrotes. Particularly the thugs on the bus that essentially battered some poor bloke just sat there.

And the 2 "young lads" that set fire to someone asleep in a bustop that got a "minimum" of 6 months in a young offenders institution. Well.. thats 2 years watching TV and playing the playstation with the odd jolly off to sunnier climes before being let out on "good behaviour" to brag to their new mates.

Fecking wastrels should be publicly birched, tattooed with "SMALL COCK, SMALLER BRAIN" on their foreheads in 160pt BOLD San Serif, then sterilised before being put back under their stones to vegetate.
