About £170-£250, plus i'm guessing some labour to remove, send it off, get it back, refit. Don't know whether there's any coding involved afterwards - i.e. do they post you a different unit, or do they actually refurb yours.

Don’t know of anyone in the N/E, but these are the ‘go-to’ people in my opinion.

They need the unit posting to them, but the turn around is pretty quick. If you’re planning on diy, please note you’ll need NCS expert/INPA to bleed the brakes after refitting (don’t think carly will do it?)
They did my 335 back in 2013 when it had the same issue.

These:

did a pump on an 02 325 for us, had no issues - think it had 12 months warranty.
Have heard a couple of bad stories about them, but my experience was ok - posted on Monday, returned same week.
