Seat controls.
My E class has the multi contour dynamic seats which are controlled via Comand, but on the cars without the Comand functionality the seats are controlled with the switches in your pic.

So it's all lumber adjust - controlled by the memory pack by any chance?

Muticontour seat adjustment. Controls thigh cushion, lumbar/upper back backrest and side bolsters.
It's not dynamic - so doesn't tighten bolsters when cornering or provide massage function.

Don't think it's linked to the seat memory function, unlike dynamic multicontour.
