Hello all,

Thames Valley PCGB meet is at a really nice pub on the A4 just west of Maidenhead, called the Bird-In-Hand, on the first Sunday of the month.

I suggest we have our berks/surrey/hants/bucks/oxon/london meet (and anyone else who wants to come!) on the last sunday of the month, starting with the 26th of June.

If it's a success we could even make it a regular PH event.

The bird in hand is here:
www.birdinhand.co.uk/index.php

It's very easy to find too. Just head off the M4 at junction 8/9, take the A404 until you get to the A4, and then follow the A4 towards Reading.
The pub is right next to a Chrysler/Jeep dealership, you can't miss it.

MODS - any chance you could sticky this please?

Sunday 3rd July - NEW VENUE - PCGB

The Thames Valley Region gets a new venue,
The Bottle & Glass Inn / Binfield Heath
(nr. Henley on Thames)
Tel # 01491 575 755

Paul & Tricia Keasey are truly excited to welcome us and we'll get the full benefits of the main reception room exclusivity.

Gardens are gorgeous and Car Park is spacious.

Last but not least, the Menu offers very good value for money (you'll find the current 2-page menu enclosed).

We'll meet from 12:30 pm

Pete. Just to clarify are you aiming at having the meet with the monthly PCGB meet or just at a venue they frequently use?

Daz, i suggest we use the venue because it's easy to get to and find, the food's good and the car park's excellent.

VS - so are you sticking with the Bird-in-Hand on the 26th? The whole mention of another venue has made the post ambiguous.

I should be able to make it. Be nice to see you all.

Be nice to see you, Daz.

I will confirm with SWMBO - but I think a pass out for the Sunday should be no problem...

Looking forward to it.

Likewise Don. Haven't seen you in ages.

VS - Just to clarify are we gatecrashing a PCGB event on the 26th or are we having our having our own stand alone meet?

Hopefully can make it as it's only 10 mins from home and the diary hasn't informed me of anything else on that date (although just a week after Le Mans so best tread carefully ).
