Now Toyota are in trouble !

I really have heard it all now...For once, I am not making this up but I guarantee you I'll have a story from it by teatime !

Toyota risk losing their first podium finishes in F1 because of an administrative balls up at the beginning of the year.
They reportedly failed to get their all important competition licence and drivers Superlicence papers done until AFTER the San Marino Grand Prix - which means, they should not have been competing and they could lose the points they scored in the first four races of the year. There is the question that as the papers were not completed that the drivers were therefore not insured. There are a lot of teams, especially those who finished just behind Toyotas podiums who might like to see them forfeit all that hard work.

Just about it on Autosport. Now it's in the open you can bet Ferrari will push hard for them to lose the points since it will get them more, although other teams will also be keen.

I don't see how this is Ferrari bias?

Toyota screw up their paperwork and that's Ferrari's fault? Or they shouldn't be punished because it might favour the other teams?

The BAR saga and this story about Toyota highlight how crap the FIA are at dealing with breaches of the rules rather than any bias or favouritism towards Ferrari or anyone else.
