Hi all, looking for a bit of advice. I've been training for a couple of years now but only been taking it seriously for the last 6 months. Ive put a bit of size on all over. Nothing amazing but I look noticably better. Only trouble is when I started training properly my appetite went through the roof and I've put a bit of timber on my gut as well. Nothing to bad but its enough to get on my nerves. Whats the best way to tackle this? Diet has been pretty good. Not exactly chicken rice and brockerly 8 times a day, but not stuffing my face with junk either. Im not looking to do a full blown cut or anything as Im no where near that level but it would be nice to get rid of the gut. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks.

A good starting point is to avoid sugar.
