Once you've got the packing crate grounding box, you'll need the Entreq Atlantis Serie II Infinity Mains Power Cord (£8k kettle lead) to connect to your system! smile

Just ordered one of those box thingys and the cable.

I'm assuming I can just plug them both into my phone, as listening to music on it at full volume is a bit rubbish at the moment. If I'm in the wine cellar at the moment, my valet has trouble hearing the music in the east wing.

Has anyone visited the website?

https://www.entreq.com/products/ground-boxes-17667...

I laughed;

Also, apparently they're just full of dirt;

That picture on the head-fi link isn't an Entreq box...

Is it a joke? Whoever wrote their website can barely speak English.

You've tried one, really? Not sure if serious but do tell if you have.

Yup I have and I have to say it did change the sound of my system for the better..seem to make background blacker/quieter..not sure how it works but Entreq not only company working on these lines..lots of people using Vertex products too that like them.

I read the website.

I can only assume I’m too dense to appreciate good music as I didn’t understand a word that was written smile

Then again, I’m a bit thick.

Isnt high end audio-visual an oxymoron?..Hifi is a lot about reducing unwanted noise that affects the sound...that's what grounding does..the same as proper tables,stands,cables etc that were also laughed at 20 years back..now its common knowledge that these accessories improve the sound or more importantly reduce the amount of degradation through the system from source to speaker.

I'd love to get some of the ardent hi-fi buffs who claim to be able to hear minuscule changes in my audiologists testing suite, that'd be fun biggrin

I think you may be surprised ..people who have years of experience can spot subtle changes to sound the same as a wine buff can too a poor bottle of wine or a pro car driver the change in brake bias/tyre pressure..the latter 2 skills both dismissed by the uninitiated as well as "all wine tastes the same" and "cars just go along the road."..
