At about 0830 yesterday morning turned right on the by pass from Tilford towards Guildford.Was this a fellow PHer?

I went past same car (s reg green chim)coming down the Farnham road at about 9.00am. I was in my chim, waved etc but no response....can't have been one of us (unless he was dead !)

Actually whilst on the subject also went passed a Griff in same traffic jam, no response from him either.
