New years Resolution 2019
Discussion
Anyone got one. Anyone believe in them.
I decided 1st Jan 2018 not to eat breakfast on days I was working. I kept it going for a year till Christmas. I lost 12KG during that time. Its the longest new years resolution I've ever kept. Wasn't hard to do. Gave me a bit more time in bed. Now I'm faced with whether I sould just keep it going.
Year before that I decided to run regularly so managed to go from nothing, to buying myself a running machine and now do 5miles two or three times a week and have done for the last two years.
So I tend to be quite successful in keep the resolution changes if I make them small, doable and not too grandiose. Anyone else manage it or are resolutions just for January?
