How much to fix this scratch?

Having a fantastic start to 2019, greeted with this. Someone has hit it and driven off, zero chance of finding out who as it was parked in a rural car park with no CCTV. How much would this cost to fix?

As you can probably tell from the first picture, there's a line or something that runs on the most jutting out edge of the wheel-arch, although it's so minor so maybe it could be polished out? I'm not much of an expert when it comes to these things.

A mobile paint man would likely sort that for £100 or so.

If you find a good one all will be well but they can be hit and miss. A paint shop would likely be nearer £200.
