My Photoshop CS has got a glitch

When I try to 'Save As' half the options have disappeared, including JPEG! All that's left is:-

Photoshop
Cineon
Photoshop PDF
Photoshop RAW
TIFF

Also, only about half the filters are useable. Any bright ideas?

Try Image/Mode and experiment with the options you see.

Have you got the mode set to 16 bits per channel? Most bitmap formats only support 8 bit.

Hmm, I'm stumped then. I could only get the reduced filter list and those save as types by switching to 16 bit.
Did the source image come from an unusual place?

I seem to remember that in a very old version of Photoshop I had to flatten the layers before I could save using half of the formats!

Any mode other than RGB/CMYK?

If not, possible PS folder correuption?

Sussed it! I'd accidentally set Rawshooter to 16bit somehow. Thanks for the help though.

Why not use ACR and keep it all in the family? Rawshooter overides some PS functionality.
