Hi All,

Recently the company I work for has said it will be expanding it's shift rota hours. We cover from 8-6 currently and it is being changed to 7-7.

Upon reading my contract it looks like they can do whatever the hell they want into regards to shift. Is this right?

Contract states: Normal working hours are 9-5:30. The company may vary your start and end times in line with the standard working hours to align to shift rota as required.

Thanks in advance

90 days consultation for a change in contractual hours.
But they will change them if they want.
You can take them to court for constructive dismissal but it's an arse ache.
Been in your position, found another job and walked away that Monday morning...

Hope you get sorted.
