NMR mileage vs MOT History

Hi All,
I noticed when buying my car, the MOT history was showing 97,000 miles in 2014 (bought on 84k miles). I queried this and they said it was declared as KM by error. This makes the mileage suitable for the gap inbetween. They showed me the print out to say no mileage discrepancy so I assumed OK just an error and it's been corrected on the NMR. However, I've just done my own HPI check and it shows this discrepancy on the MOT history.
Should I be concerned? Or the fact that it only queries the MOT history mileage nothing more means it's OK?
Is there anywhere else I can verify? I have queried with the garage and they keep saying how all garages have the same HPI system linked and that it will show as no discrepancy, it's just the one MOT history where they've put it as KM but if you were to trade it in to a garage they would see no issue. He sent me a print out showing no discrepancy.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

2013 MOT showed - 58733 miles
2014 mot showed - 97821 miles
2015 mot showed - 63554 miles
They claim the 2014 is in KM but the mot says it’s in miles. If coverted to miles it would come out in between the 2 and match up fine, but I’m still concerned.
I don’t understand how the MOT station could convert it to KM then Input it as miles? It makes no sense?
