Electric driver's seat side squab adjust stuck on...

Hi all,
Hoping you can help with a problem on my E91. The drivers seat electric side squab inflators are stuck on to the point where they over inflate the bolsters and blow the fuse on the main board. Replacing the fuse just results in the inflators starting again and the only way the can be stopped is by removing the fuse all together which means no seat adjust or heat.
I've had a quick look under the seat and can't see any obvious harness damage and also tried removing the switch on the side near the front of the seat that controls the squab but the problem persists while the switch was removed. Has anyone encountered this before? Can it be rectified with a new seat control module (not too pricey second hand) or is it likely to be a gremlin somewhere?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
