Cars have to be serviced in accordance with manufacturers specifications for the warranty to be valid
Most new BMW’s are sold with the 5 year service pack on them, which is pretty much a no brainer if you are Financing
As for the finance agreement, you’d have to read the small print but if on a lease or pcp where the finance company ( BMW ) own the car I’d imagine there is a clause in there stating it must be maintained according to manufacturers specifications .. they can’t stop you taking it to a back street garage though .. just be prepared to be rinsed if/when you try to hand it back
