Would not know where to start with the moulds but, I do know a man who perhaps would be interested!
is there a jig for the chassis? or at least the engineering drawings - bread and butter to me and it's time I found something to do that paid for my hobby!
as they said in a famous TV series "we have the technology"

On the subject of chassis a couple of points.
(i) Bellfield already do a chassis that takes Sierra running gear - although that is getting a bit long in the tooth.
(ii) If I were going to set up making kits, I would reckon the way to go is to avoid the SVA if possible. This could be achieved by modifying the kit / donor chassis by doing a mod to use either a Suzuki or Dhaitsu Jeep chassis and mechanicals. Or if sticking with 2 wheel drive how about a shortened Sherpa, Freight Rover 200 series, LDV Pilot the chassis is the same the changes are cosmetic and in the engine and transmission.
