BMW 1 Series Service Date

[agarner]

Can you reset the service date on a BMW 1 Series 2014 plate?

It says my service is due April 2019, but my car has service inclusive which means free servicing until 5 years or 50,000 miles. My car will be 5 years on 1st March and has only done 36,000.

Is there any way I can bring the service date forward? At the minute it says ‘reset not possible’. When will it be possible?

Thanks

Resetting it will take it further into the future, why not just book it in for the day before it is 5 years old, They might be able to cover it if under 30 days early.
