Diagnostic tool for Cayenne mk1

I’m looking to get a obd reader/diagnostic tool for a mk1 Cayenne could anyone recommend one?, I’ve heard Porsche’s of this era can’t be read properly by most generic ones so wondered if there’s a solution out there that doesn’t cost the earth!, thanks in advance for any recommendations.
