Are TVR developing a Speed 6 Mk2?

I wonder if TVR are working on an updated version of the Speed 6?

With all this talk of increased reliability it would be a good time to launch something like this on the back of increased reliability.

I wasn't aware that TVR really did Mk2's. The Tuscan is the exception that proves the rule I guess. Up till now the aim has been "continuous improvement" and which improvements you get are down to what's closest to hand when your car's being built.

Why launch a completely new engine? Surely developmental improvements on the existing block are the way to go rather than starting over?
