Problem with Panasonic TX-65EX750?

Possibly a boring topic, but thought someone might know if this is a known issue ... I bought a Panasonic TX-65EX750 around 5-6 months ago and in recent weeks, there have been a few oddities!
My Sky box runs into an XBox One, which runs to an AV receiver, which then connects to the television. Several times we’ve switched all devices on to realise there is no picture whatsoever. The screen brightens (even though it’s showing black) and that’s about it. If I turn the AV receiver off, the screen darkens. Turn the receiver on again and it brightens. I then switched the receiver offand this appeared ...
I switched the television off/on, switched the AV receiver on, low and behold my XBox home screen appeared perfectly!
Do you reckon it’s failing? Anyone seen this before?
