Atom Bank

Has anyone experience of Atom Bank?

They are offering very good deals on a remortgage but my wife is yet to be convinced, she feels more comfortable with a more traditional lender.

Sarnie set me up with an atom bank mortgage last year. I found the process very quick and smooth and they have been very responsive to any queries I've had. Their app is very easy to use and always has someone available to chat to 24/7. I really recommend them

I remortgaged in 2017 moving to Atom, joint mortgage so we both needed the app and had to go through the sign up process separately. No problems with Atom as a bank, but found the user interface of the app was a bit difficult to navigate and the instructions on how to view and acknowledge documents to get through the approval/acceptance process wasn't very clearly thought out. A quick call to customer service and it was all explained.

My experience has been exactly the same.

Sarnie set it all up, the process was quick and easy using digital signatures VIA the app, and the app is easy to use when you want to check your balance etc.
