Fees Query - Zurich

Does anybody here know how Zurich charge their monthly fees on life assurance policies ?

I'd normally contact another broker and ask, but this question isn't likely to result in a new broker getting any business, so I don't want to waste their time unnecessarily.

I've discovered a policy where the fees each month are in excess of 150USD, whilst the premium contributions are circa 500USD monthly.
At first glance, this would seem to point to 30% of the monthly contribution being taken to pay fees. Could this be correct ?
