B- Ware surfacing mad season

I think it's something to do with the local authorities having to spend their budget or lose it and so here is the tar spray and chip silly season.
Went out today and suddenly found I was surrounded by miles of tacky tar and loose chippings. No matter where I went there it was.
Just thought it worth warning everyone the season is upon us.

OMG! You're right - I thought I'd take my fave route this morning - within 3 miles, there they are - scalping the road, and laying chippings! Really narks me - they think it's acceptable to let cars disperse the excess.

Yes it's crazy...they should give us credits towards a front end spray.
