Europcar litigation charge! Help needed

Could be a speeding ticket or parking ticket charge?

Definately worth double checking. Europcar charged me (via the company I work for, who took the money out of my wages without querying it - another story though ...) over £100 for a parking fine. Turned out to be for a car I hadn't hired, on a day I didn't have a hire car. When I eventually spoke to someone sensible at Europcar, they said it happened regularly.

Send them an invoice for the same amount and call it a litigation charge. Hopefully they'll be stupid enough to pay you.
