I have had the very kind offer of this watch. Could anyone shed any light on it? Also how best to get it running again. I don't want to mess with the patina, but would love to wear it now and again

Or Darius at the Ealing Clock Gallery. Despite the name, they generally service and repair watches, with Rolex being a speciality.
