Done it four times (got in every time bizarrely) and having a year off to psychologically recover. 
Was trying to get under 7 hours but finished in 7:02 last year. Would have been under 7 on the previous route until they decided to add another 25% climb in AFTER Wrynose.
It’s a great event and I’m sure I’ll have another crack someday.
