Having decided on a T350T, i have a bit of a problem. I live in Bristol and there are no T350T's in a dealer which is less than 150 miles away! So one of the things about the T350T i am yet to see; the targa panels and how they work!(yes i know that is quite fundemental!)

So it's a simple request form me - Is there anybody near Bristol with a T350T who would be prepared to come and show me their panels (ooo er)?

I would be preapered to drive a bit and meet you if possible?

Or if its not possible, could somebody take some large pics of the fittings/taking off process etc?

Oh and what are the differences between the Mk1 & MK 2 fixings?

Many thanks in advance!
Kevin

There are some pics of my panels/fittings on my website. Mine are the newer 'mk2' B&Q panels, whereas the 'Mk1' panels were by Homebase (or is it the other way round?).

Seems Mk1 panels are more prone to wind noise, but I can't comment on how much better or worse they are than mk2 panels.

Mk1 panels fasten with 2 clips on the inner side of the panel and 2 on the outside side (which I think slit in like the front clips on the mk2).

Come up to Silverstone today and see for yourself.

Today my panels will be mostly ... in the boot.

A HUGE thanks to Karl for taking the time out to show me his car and listen to my excited ramblings!

A T350T it is then for me!

No problem, glad it helped.

...and it was more of a trade of excited ramblings

I look forward to seeing yours when you get it
