Cautions and evidence disclosure before accepting?

Anyone know with authority whether the 'disclosure' of evidence expressly contemplated by para 78 of current MoJ guidance on simple cautions for adults is intended to be the equivalent of disclosure on prosecution (ie everything), or just a summary of essentials?
Asking for a friend of course.
