Fiat Panda 1.2 4x4
Discussion
They don't rust like old Minis though.
I've recently bought a 2006 Panda Dynamic Multijet (diesel) that's done 105k miles. Quite shabby paintwork, so I doubt it's been looked after for a fair few years. No signs of rust on the body or floorpan, just a bit of surface rust on suspension components. After a decent service and a new clutch slave cylinder, it's all working OK, and I'm getting close to 70mpg on local journeys.
Pandas may be cheap, but they aren't made of really cheap parts.
