So I’ve just bought a used vw polo 2014 6r and the private dealer put water in my screen wash tank overnight it froze I’m guessing the water I’ve driven it for 2 days and it’s not thawed out I’ve also put in very concentrated screen wash in still not working.

I’ve took out the 7.5 fuse put it back in and my screenwash still isn’t working

It’s also now leaking a little bit when I put more screenwash in and anyone help me? Do I need a new reservoir?

ALSO there is not sound of the motor trying to pump screenwash through.

😭😭😭

How do you know it froze? If it was topped up with water, it's possible that this caused the reservoir to split as water expands when it freezes. If there's no noise when you try and use the screenwash then the pump isn't working. Might be worth getting someone to stand outside the car when you use the switch to confirm there's no noise. The leak could either be through a cracked bottle/hose or purely because it's over filled.

Is it both front and rear not working/ not making a noise?

Was thinking it could be split too my last polo did the same thing but. I’ll probably take it to a at age tell them my pumps not working and there’s a split.

It’s affecting my rear ones too yes

Firstly, I have no idea what a "private dealer" is.

If it a dealer simple return it & tell them to sort it out.

If it is a private seller then you need to use your eyes & various other senses to see if the reservoir/pipe etc is split/broken etc.

While you are there you could use your eyes & other various senses to see if you can find the motor/pump and remove it while someone tries it, check the connections etc.

Either that or just take it to a garage & leave your wallet with them.
