I’ve got hold of a camper which is notorious for over heating issues

I’ve got a coolant gauge and have fitted a low coolant alarm, so the cooling side monitoring is covered

What I’m after is a bolt on engine temp gauge, hoping to find one where you slip a sensor behind a bolt and you get some sort of reading

I’m not so bothered about actual accuracy, just want a base line max temperature during normal operation so I know when things are hotter than usual

It doesn’t have odb2, it’d be simple if it did

I saw this kit which has the eyelet attachment but the ££ is a bit steep for me

Anyone got any eBay recommendations?

Thankyou

Something like this should be sufficient

Digital Thermometer 2 Way K-Type Sensor Temperature Probe, Dual Two Channel Digital Thermometer 2 K-Type Thermocouple Sensor -50 °C / 1200 °C and 5 K-type Thermocouple https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B07BKTSWMR/ref=cm_sw_r...

Perfect, might give that a go if I don’t find something better

Thankyou
